GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE WITH KALE AND KIWI




When you fist start drinking green smoothies you might think it's a bit weird because it's all green, but when you discover how great it tastes, your going to be OK with it and actually love it! Not to mention how wonderfully healthy it is. This recipe is super yum and a bit sweet, so it goes down easy. Make sure you remove some of the thicker stems of the kale and spinach, mix the frozen fruit with the water first, then add the leaves and ice and mix for about 4-5 minutes to make it really smooth.

Green Smoothie Recipe
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 frozen slice of pineapple
  • 1 cup kale leaves
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 stalk of parsley
  • 3-4 cups water
  • 1 cup ice
