We've been reading books about snowmen, so I thought of a way to recycle bubble wrap and have the preschoolers create this snowman art...

I cut circles from the bubble wrap and placed them on trays along with white paint and brushes.

The wonderful thing about using paint on bubble wrap is that it washes off easily so it can be used again.

The circles were then placed painted side down onto paper.

After patting the bubble wrap, the preschoolers lifted the circles off the paper.

Most wanted 3 circles for their snowmen, so they placed more painted circles face down. It was a fun counting lesson, too!

We let them dry until the next class day. Then it was time to adorn our bubble wrap snowmen.

I provided trays of various loose pieces I've collected.

The preschoolers applied the pieces with glue.

And there they are! Bubble wrap snowmen made by our 3 year olds.
