GET NAKED WITH URBAN DECAY THIS HOLIDAY!

There are exactly 28 days before Christmas and I have just the perfect gift you can get for your mom, sister, girlfriend, best friend, aunt, your girlfriend’s mom, your wife, your wife’s mom, and yourself, of course! Practically EVERY SPECIAL GIRL would love these most coveted palettes!

NAKED BASICS — It’s just the thing you need if you CANNOT NOT wear makeup everyday. It has all the neutral colors you need without the shimmer. It allows you to create dramatic contours on your eyes. You can make them appear deep set by using the two darkest colors on your crease, or sultry by lining and smudging the lines of your eyes with them. (ON SALE FOR PhP2500. STOCKS AVAILABLE)

NAKED 2 -- The encore of the Naked 1. Girls went gaga over this and rightly so, I believe. It gave your neutrals a twist with its cooler undertones, making sure you achieve those perfect silvery gray and dark gray smoky eyes. They suit fair-skinned girls really well. It comes with a brush and a Lip Junkie. (ON SALE FOR PHP3800. STOCKS AVAILABLE.)

And last but not the least, NAKED — No words can ever describe how beautiful this palette is. It has practically made history in the world of beauty by being the first to release that much neutral shadows with incredible pigment in one case. It comes with a brush and the famous Primer Potion. (ON SALE FOR PHP 3800. STOCKS AVAILABLE.)

Before I end this post, let me just rant a little bit because it may be of value to you too. Just today I was going around the tiangge at Eastwood. I saw two stalls selling Naked Palettes. One was selling for the same price as I am, another was selling them for PhP2,000. I don’t think I have to spell it out that the PhP2000 palette’s a fake.

Well I was informed that in the UK, you can really get your Naked Palettes for around that much. However, it doesn’t make sense for them to be selling it at the same price as they bought it. And if you think they got them for lower prices by haggling or buying in bulk — don’t even think anymore. It’s not possible. Well, it is if it’s fake then yes. And it was. Their Naked Basics case was slightly smaller, their Naked 2 case had a different font color, and the Naked 1 case was too cardboardish. Plus, the shadows themselves were off-colored and were not velvety and pigmented!

I really wouldn’t mind if they told me it was “Class A” “Class AAA” or an “overrun” (whatever that means. I mean, would a brand such as Urban Decay even release substandard stuff out with their name on it?) My mom and I have had the experience of buying what we thought were original — though come to think of it, they obviously weren’t considering they were just a third of the original price — and it was SUCH A WASTE of money because we weren’t able to use them because they just didn’t work. Bottom line is, you get what you pay for. There is no such thing as a pretend original. They’re not worth the allergies.

I really don’t want to end this post with such negative energy. So let me post pictures of the palettes’ swatches and let them give you tingles!
