Makeup Wars: My Favorite Illuminizers

The week's Makeup Wars is all about or favorite ways to highlight. That gave me the opportunity to show off my favorite illuminizers. One of my favorite types of products to collect are highlighters/illuminizers. They just add something that no other product can.

Guerlain Meteorites are a perfect all over powder that adds subtle illumination. I have a couple of these: Perles Du Dragon and Teint Beige. Even though the ballz inside are different colors they give the same overall effect, in my opinion.
BECCA Shimmer Skin Perfecter in Opal is a beautiful liquid illuminator. It has a chic sheen that is really perfect.
Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick is one of the more sparkly of the bunch. It is absolutely one of my most favorite ones to look at in the pan for certain. I have even gone far enough to use the different stripes as eyeshadows. There are several different shades of these, I have a pinker version and it kind of reminds me of the more shimmery shades in Naked3! :D
MAC Mineralize Skinfinish are beautiful powder illuminizers. There are a ton of different shades; a few in the permanent line and new limited edition ones churning out all the time.
Michael Kors Leg Shine is a beautiful cream illuminator for the body. You simply apply it to an area of the arms, legs or decollate that are a peak and it will look super natural and healthy.
NARS Copacabana Illuminator is the only highlighter I actually enjoy from NARS. None of the other ones look right on me. Copacabana gives the perfect glow, and it is admittedly a tad bit shimmery but not overly so!
Laura Mercier Matte Radiance leaves a soft glow on the cheekbones. I love this one because it is so subtle that anyone can use it.
MAC Pink Rebel Lustre Drops are a multi-use product. I actually like to mix just a touch of this into my foundation to create a soft all-over glow.
Laura Mercier Shimmer Bloc is a highlighter divided into four different parts. There are also four different shades to choose from. I have also used the different colors of these as eyeshadows.
