I was contacted in August by Elaine from GlassesShop.Com to see if I’d like to pick out a pair of glasses to review, so I quickly emailed her back and told her I’d love to. I picked out the Weymouth Cat-Eye Burgundy Glasses. It was hard to choose. You can upload your own picture to the site and try the glasses on. I narrowed it down to 6 frames and asked for suggestions on Facebook and Instagram. Elaine was really nice to work with. I told her which frames I wanted to try and gave her my prescription and I had the glasses in my hand by the end of August. The frames are really lightweight, but very sturdy. I like the size and shape of them very much. The lenses are very clear and there’s no distortion.
The site itself is really easy to use. You can try on the glasses and save them to your favorites. When you order you can save your prescription for future uses. They offer prescription and non-prescription glasses and sunglasses for men, women and children. They have a HUGE amount of frames to choose from. They have several different lenses for you to choose as well as options for anti-reflective, uv and water resistant coatings. Anti-scratch coating is free. When selecting sunglasses they have several color options as well. Standard shipping is $4.95 and you get free shipping on orders over $49. Overall I am really happy with my glasses.
