I made two folded book page wreaths, the first one was for
Halloween. I also wanted to make an everyday wreath using the same method. I wanted it to be romantic and pretty, one that could be used in farmhouse, cottage or shabby chic decor. Here's what I came up with.
The pages were fan folded and then folded in half and stapled on the folded edge, then they were glued to a paper cake circle.
I used a copy of a vintage music book cover for the center. It was glued to the back of a paper plate and attached to the circle using a small cube of Styrofoam to lift it up a little.
I think it has a ruffly look that makes it kind of feminine and pretty, especially with the addition of the sheet music image.
It's pretty quick to make and because the papers are folded in half I don't think you need as many pages. They fan out and look really full.
