Orla Kiely for Clarks SS14

At the Orla Kiely SS14 presentation last September, I noticed the models were wearing some super duper cute sandals with knee high socks. When walking out of the venue I was handed a press release and spotted they were from non-other than Clarks.

My mother wouldn’t get me shoes from anywhere use when I was a child. I remember the petrifying foot measuring machine. Like closing in walls and you weren’t sure if they were going to stop, or crush your feet! thank fully they never did. It looks like Clarks will become a place for me to look for shoes as an adult too. I never did get those mary-janes with a key!

After I posted about the Orla Kiely x Clarks collection I have had a few emails asking if I knew when the launch date was. Unfortunately I am not a Clarks/Orla Kiely employee or insider so couldn’t tell them. I thought I would do this little post to say they are now launched online and in the following stores; and in selected stores. Regent St, Westfield Shepherds bush, Oxford Street, Stratford Westfield, Dublin Grafton Street, Dundrum, Bluewater, Leeds, Manchester Market St and Birmingham New Street

There are 5 different styles in various colours. There are wedges and block-heeled sandals, sling back mary-janes and chunky mid heeled sandals. Check them out below:

They are available to shop online now! Although probably not for long as I am noticing sizes are selling out quickly.
