I won't lie, I'm incredibly obsessed with the back alley near where I am staying in LA. I've been in love with combining really dirty cold backgrounds with my photography for as long as I can remember. New Hampshire never had the ideal city streets but luckily now I'm surrounded by concrete 24/7 :) I've been doing a ton of experimenting with new filter combinations lately as well...which after months of screwing around I had a breakthrough of a lifetime! Yes, I get over excited about this shit. No shame. Anyways this photo set was taken yesterday in the killer back alley using such fancy smancy filtering techniques. These boots are beyond fun to photograph....the way they hit light ....OBSESSED. and they match everything I own...double win:) they are from the lovely online store Nastygal and then the heartbeat leggings are found at Jeffiespacebabe.com . Ok enough about those shenanigans! If you didn't already know....CXIII magazine Issue 7 came out on friday! HOLLAAAAA! Finally. This one, which I'll be sharing many of the editorials this week on the blog...is kind of amazing...*pats self on shoulder and eats a donut. It was inspired by power and self awareness....like being a superhero of everyday life.
