If there's one series perk to having cool, creative friends, it's getting to collaborate with them on cool, creative projects. All the way back in September, I started working on a massive, 100 product gift guide series for my friend Megan—who just happens to be the brains behind Style Girlfriend. She recruited me to pull together seven unisex guides that are each themed to a color, how cool is that? Rather than pigeonhole the friends and family on your list into "sporty" or "foodie" or "preppy," we thought this was a far more visually stunning and open-minded approach.
I don't want to play favorites, but our first guide, themed to red and brown, might be my favorite. I just love how this image turned out, and how most of the products seem to be just the thing for a cozy winter weekend at a cabin... Or something. You've got shearling-lined boots, a down vest, cashmere, sweats and of course—bourbon.
