My favorite event of the summer is just around the corner - the Shedd Aquarium's BLU fundraising event. It's a night of amazing food from some of the city's top restaurants, an open bar, live music and best of all, access to the aquarium's exhibits. It's a really different way to visit the Shedd and is the perfect excuse to get dressed up and enjoy a spectacular night complete with a killer view of the Navy Pier fireworks from the aquarium's terrace.

Last year I was lucky enough to attend Shedd BLU and I've basically been counting down to this year's event ever since. I'm partnering with the Shedd as their official lifestyle blogger for this year's Brazilian-themed BLU and best of all, I have two sets of VIP tickets (4 total) to give away for you and a guest to join me as well! The tickets include entry to the event, open bar, access to all exhibits and even a special VIP lounge with even more delicious food and cocktails.
