Buy it now: Bobbi Brown’s Perfect Nudes

Bobbi Brown is the undisputed queen of nudes. Her shades and textures are second to none – I’ve always relied on her flattering lipsticks since way back in the 90s when she practically invented the no-make-up-make-up look.

This month it’s all about great textures to flatter natural-looking eyes, lips and face. The Smokey Nudes Eye Palette (£48) is a goer if you’re thinking of investing in a neutral eye-palette. It’s a limited edition with eight shades from a deep smoke to a shimmery cream shade that I’d use to ‘lift’ the brown bone. The packaging is a super-sexy smoked tortoiseshell case – very 70s glam.

Look out also for Bobbi’s famous Shimmer Brick that now comes in a new pinky shade, Sandstone (£32.50). I came late to the bronzer/shimmer brick party so I’m only now discovering the power and versatility of these essential perker-uppers. Finally, there’s the limited edition Creamy Matt Lip Colour (£19.50). Mattes are never that creamy I find, but Bobbi nails the formula with these and the four pinky new nude shades are as endlessly wearable as you’d expect.
