my brand new team.

i am so freaking proud of these girls! as many of you know, i own a company called "Artifex Support", a company for secretarial services. now we also created Artifex Service, a company for customer care services, especially for publishers.

and since we have this awesome growth, i needed 4 (!) new employees. so in just 2 months time we created 4 new workspaces, we had a gazillion interviews, contract discussions with clients, briefings, new computers, telephone via our computers and everything else that brings four new employees along.

last Friday was the first day we went "live" for our customer and it was amazing. all of a sudden phones rang, stuff needed to be sorted out, emails had to be answered. red cheeks everywhere.

or maybe that was because i brought champaigne to make a big bang start :)

on the agenda today: more work in the shop for me. planning on what kind of wool & cotton i want to buy (YES, the mixed media shop is also going to sell crochet related stuff. teeeheee), getting my hands on the windows and need to buy lots and lots of cleaning stuff for my cleaners. no. not vacuuming and cleaning all that space myself. it's kinda a lot you know. maybe i can squeeze in some creative time.
