First Harvest

Last month I planted some spinach and lettuce--my first attempt! They're growing like crazy. Last weekend I used my first harvest to make a fresh salad with EVOO, vinegar, garlic, and pepper. I'm very excited to try growing some more veggies now that the frost seems to have passed. What are you growing this season?
