Changing Leaves

Over Easter weekend, I went home to enjoy a little rest and recovery. I was meant to be going to stay with friends in Wanaka but feel sick and ended up in bed for the following few days. I can't complain though, Autumn is my favourite season at home and all the trees were starting to change into a spectrum of yellow and red. You can kind of tell here, since this has to be one of my more effortless, I can't be bothered, looks.
Also, another great thing about going home is receiving the packages that I completely forgot about because I didn't send them to where I live now - including these staple layering necklaces from Delilah Dust. If you follow me on Instagram (@kendraalexandra) you would have already seen a snapshot of these, but they haven't left my neck since I got them. I had been hunting for a crystal necklace like this one for years; just never could decide on what I wanted after many put-in-cart-then-exit shopping attempts, so I'm happy to finally fill that void around my neck.

As I previously mentioned (here), slip on shoes are popping up everywhere and I couldn't help but grab myself a pair before Winter. When the temperature drops outside, there's nothing more you want that to be comfy, and these are exactly that. I had been eyeing ones on Topshop but from the reviews it seems they're ill fitted. These are great though and you can never go wrong when buying monochromatic shoes.
I have to make special mention of my denim jacket too, and warn you, I'm going to be wearing this all Winter. The cord collar gives it just a subtle detail and the oversize fit means an abundant of layers can be worn underneath. Monki has been a swedish brand that I've been eyeing up for years and you can finally shop it on ASOS - cheap too, might I add.
