Gourmet moment: Tzatziki dip

Here's to the Tuesday and another Blogtober post!
I'm so proud of myself for sticking to everyday posting,
esp. since I've been dealing with so much for the past few
weeks and for the past week we've experienced flu, ear infection,
eye infection and fractured collar bone ( my daughter )...
I don't wanna start sounding too negative, but I just couldn't believe
that so much bad luck can happen in such a short amount of time.
Blogging every day and reading your comments makes me very happy
and keeps my mind focused on the good "stuff" :)

Today I'm bringing you a recipe for one of my favourite dips
which is SO easy to make at home and it can be also prepared and served in
many different ways but here's how I usually do it.

You'll need:

*2 medium cucumbers
*clove of garlic
*salt, pepper
*fresh dill
*300 grams of Turkish yoghurt
*teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
*half to one teaspoon of squeezed lemon juice

Here's how you should proceed:

Grate two cucumbers ( with the skin on ) into a bowl in which
you'll serve this dip. Add about 300 grams of Turkish yoghurt to
the same bowl. Squeeze about half a teaspoon of lemon juice, add
pinch of salt, pepper and chopped fresh dill into the bowl.
Mix it all together with a spoon ( fork ) and in the end add teaspoon of
olive oil in circular motion.

Tzatziki is amazing when for instance served with Greek, Turkish or
Nepalese food/ meals.
I have served my Tzatziki dip with falafel, dolmades and feta cheese pie.

Buon apetit! :)
