Spring Style Staples

Ok, the rumours are true: I've been listening to a lot of Taylor Swift lately. Maybe a bit too much, in fact. But I'm not ashamed! And you know what? I think my unadulterated love for Taylor is filtering through to my wardrobe a little bit. She has a classic vintage style that I adore; I especially love it in her styled to perfection

Begin Again video set in Paris!

I think that inspiration has had me reaching for my long neglected 1950s style dresses for the first time in a long while. It feels so good to wear them in the sunshine with a red lip!

An old favourite I've been pulling out a lot recently is this lovely Vero Moda dress. I just love this print so much! I've teamed it with an even older denim jacket and my beautiful L.K. Bennett Emma bag.

Boden asked me recently to choose a style staple from their summer collection and I went for these chunky block heels. I ummed and ahhhed for ages between navy and tan! They are comfy, cute and well made and I can see myself living in these this summer. That's definitely a style staple, right?

I finished the outfit off with this simple and beautiful Georgia Wisemen bracelet. It's the Delta bracelet in fern green from the Dark Star collection. Isn't it gorgeous?
