Autumn is my favourite season. I love the weather cooling and the leaves changing, I love Halloween and Fireworks Night and, best of all, I love my Autumn wardrobe. I already talked about the best pink coats this week and now I want to talk about the other awesome thing Autumn brings: BOOTS. I love the sunshine but, DAMN, do I miss my ankle boots in the summer. I have more of them than any other type of shoe!
Jones Bootmaker have asked me to pick my favourites from their Autumn/Winter 2013 collection. This was easy: aren't the boots above proper fit? (As if I need any more black ankle boots!)
First up is the brogues. I love a bit of classic brogue detailing and while I usually think it looks nicer on brown or tan, these black versions are cute, too. I think the tan flat Steffis are kinda wonderful but Macey is great if you like a little bit of an everyday heel!

I love these dark blue Poppy boots because, in my humble opinion, not nearly enough shoes comes in navy. More, please! The Petrona with their double buckle have a pleasing horse-riding feel, no? And I happily found my perfect black, flat knee high boots last year - thanks, Next! - but if I hadn't, I'd have my eyes on those Preston ones. They're just right.

And the best until last - Chelsea boots! No surprises that I'm in love with the two oxblood coloured ones here, right? I'm a colourful broken record, I swear. I do have some Chelsea boots already but I'd love a hardy leather Winter ready pair - I want the bottom pairs of Lilos, please!
