Halloween Strawberry Ghost Pops

We were asked by Driscoll's to create ghosts using their strawberries. We came up with these fun Halloween Strawberry Ghost Pops & think they turned out very cute! My boys think that everything is so much better on a pop & these are really easy to make as well.
Halloween Strawberry Ghost Pops
Driscoll's Strawberries White Chocolate or Candy Coating Regular & Mini Chocolate Chips Lollipop Sticks & or Decorative Straws
Start out by cutting the stem off of the strawberry. Then push your stick in the bottom. Melt the white chocolate according to package directions & dip the berries. Place on wax paper. Add more of the chocolate on the ends making a point. Then we spooned a little bit of the chocolate into a small baggie & piped on little arms. Press on mini chocolate chips for the eyes & regular chocolate chips for the mouth. Let them set for about 10 - 15 minutes before pulling them off of the wax paper.
