The Berlin Film Society is celebrating its 1st anniversary in style during the 63rd Berlinale For the first time ever, there are two dates to choose from: WED 13th THURS 14th FEBRUARY 2013 6pm Drinks Reception 7pm Introduction Screening 9pm Three-Course Dinner Facebook Event The Berlin Film Society and Pret a Diner will celebrate the 63rd Berlin International Film Festival with a unique culinary and cinematic event. Combining Pret a Diners world-renowned taste for fine food and Michelin-starred chefs with the Berlin Film Societys eye for relevant and thought-provoking films, this event will be a marriage of all the senses. Exactly 31 years after winning the Golden Bear Award at the 32nd Berlinale, the Berlin Film Society will resurrect Rainer Werner Fassbinders acclaimed film, VERONIKA VOSS, for this exclusive and special occasion. This event will mark the 1st Anniversary of the Berlin Film Society. The venue is an abandoned opera and theatre prop factory, so is perfectly suited to our choice of film. To fuel the celebration, there will be an open bar provided by JAMESON WHISKEY. The chef will be Matthias Schmidt, recent recipient of his second Michelin Star for his consistency, ambition, and innovative approach in the kitchen.
