Just showing off my 1/4 year old! I can't believe how fast time is going with this one. At his last doctor's appointment I found out that he is staying right on his curve for weight (75th percentile), and is basically right on track for everything else too. I looked back a little while ago to see what Hudson was doing at his age, and was shocked to find a video of him rolling over. Felix isn't quite there yet - but it's also because this time around I don't always have 20 spare minutes to just sit on the floor and do tummy time with him. Not worried though! Just get to enjoy this stage a little longer ;).
He's been having terrible tummy issues again though :(. It happened around the same time with Hudson, relating to me having an oversupply/milk imbalance. We were doing great, and then I decided to start drinking some fenugreek tea, to make sure I was producing enough milk for me to start storing some for work. Totally worked against me, because shortly after I started, I noticed all the signs and symptoms of oversupply with Felix. Long crying jags throughout the day, nursing refusal, constantly gassy, etc. I may take him to the doctor if it gets worse, but for now at least I know how to deal with it, and I know that it is just temporary.
Nights are consistently worsening too, which is not good news if I need to be picking up shifts soon. Thankfully he is on a fairly predictable routine during the day so even though I never seem to get rest, at least he naps on a regular basis! Oh the joys :).
