Review: Sukin Facial Treatment Oil

Announcement time!

I've been selected to be part of the beautydirectory's Expert Panel consisting of 10 bloggers in Australia to trial and review selected products. For those that don't know, the beautydirectory is the industry bible for the Aussie Beauty industry, so it's kind of a big deal (in my head!)...

As my first 'assignment' I was given the opportunity to trial Sukin's latest, the Sukin Facial Treatment Oil.

The first thing I noticed was a fresh citrus scent, I absolutely love it. It's a perfect way to wake up and splash on in the morning, while I typically like to put it on after a shower as a nice substitute for moisturiser.

I used this product over a few weeks. I found that after consistent use (once per day), it actually meant I could occasionally go without using moisturiser at all as my skin was so soft and not dry. I also developed a bad habit of constantly touching my face after application to feel the softness! My skin type is quite dry especially during Winter and this oil definitely helps to battle this along with the trusty sidekick of moisturiser, and even though it's an 'oil' it doesn't feel greasy and adds a nice supple texture on the skin.

The verdict?

I approve and I still continue to use it after my 'trial.'
