STEP UP 5: ALL IN • GET THE LOOK

I've been asked to create a look inspired by Step Up 5: All In and as the Step Up films have always been a guilty pleasure of mine (who doesn't love a good old song and dance in their living room?), of course, I agreed to take on the task. I've kept the casual, off to rehearsals, laid back kind of vibes you see throughout the film but given it my own twist. It's slightly more practical for everyday wear and a tad warmer for those of you in cooler climates (just fling a scarf and coat on over the top for extra warmth).

If you're a regular reader of my blog, then you may have figured that I'm guilty of owning more than just a handful of striped items of clothing. So, yes, I couldn't help sneaking a striped top into this outfit alongside some burgundy jeans to add some colour whilst keeping the look autumnal. The sleeveless parka and fingerless gloves give the look an urban feel yet ensures that you're dressed practically for the the colder months (alternative parka with sleeves is available here). Hats being a common occurrence throughout Step Up 5: All In, I decided to finish off the look with a pale pink beanie which again, adds colour and brings everything together. I'm very tempted to buy almost everything in the outfit, especially the beanie, parka and jeans. Give 'em to me!
