Give Me One Excuse

Sometimes I get that overwhelming feeling of, “I NEED to see this singer/band live.” It’s very rare but I know that when I’ve learned every word to every song I’ve been able to get my hands on that I’ve caught the music love bug. Banks was one of those. Ria had asked me if I wanted to see her months ago. At the time, I was a little unsure about whether or not I’d be going to see her at home or at the Boston show (remember, I was moving there once?) but I’m glad that seeing her at Grand Central worked out better for me. For one, small venues are always my favorite due to atmosphere and intimacy. I also got to meet her for a quick second after the show.

It was a great way to end my summer back home.
