Oh Britain!

"People must think you love England a lot." Hub commented upon seeing my outfit and I thought it was really funny. Hahaha.

Actually, I do love England. I have been to London 5-6 times and yet I am still very keen to visit London again. The Brits make the best fries! They are crisp on the outside and fluffy inside. I was told in order to achieve that, you'll need to double deep fry them. I haven't tried it myself though.

Afternoon tea at Fortnum and Mason is a must for us whenever we visit London as they have the best scones & clotted cream! Fortunately, I can bake rather good scones. I'll whip up a dozen and freeze them. Whenever our craving strikes (happens quite frequently, hahaha!), I'll just pop them in the oven for 20 minutes and VIOLA! freshly bake scones!! Unbaked scones freeze incredibly well for up to 2-3 months.

I'm more of a tea drinker than a coffee drinker. I love reading chic-lit by British authors as I just can't get enough of their sense of humour. I love the British accent though I don't speak with one (wish I could). I am in awe with Alexa Chung! If only I could have half her effortless style and her mega long legs. Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson are my favourite chef/ home cooks as their recipes are always practical, easy to follow and taste delicious. And as you could see from this outfit, I heart Topshop even though it sucks my wallet dry every time I step foot into their stores.

My list can go on and on... and therefore, my answer is a definite YES if anyone ever asked me if I were fond of England.
