It's Officially Fall

It's the first full week of fall here in NYC and I'm so ready for the change in clothing, adding layers and especially boots! Lately, I've been more into the ankle boot styles paired w/ cuffed jeans, and while I'm still a riding boot lover, this will most likely be my fall/winter combo moving forward!

The denim fit that's most me is a skinny jean with pointy toe ankle boots like you see here...but a slim fit boyfriend jean paired with a casual suede style like these from Steve Madden is definitely an option as well. I'll pair these with anything from sweatshirts, to sweaters, blazers and blouses with a nice statement neck and watch to keep the look polished. As it gets colder, I'll most likley slip back into my riding boots for warmth, but for now, this is a great combo for transitioning into a cooler season and then right back into spring with lighter, airy tops and light colored blazers.
