Piece Flats $Sold Out- Target

Going out to dinner tonight for my BFF's birthday, but it's going to be very rainy all day so what I initially wanted to wear has been nixed. At work now, trying to figure out what to wear and I decided on this. Keeping it simple with these flats I have from Target, a Black tank, Boyfriend Jeans and my Ava's Box clutch. I'm sure the AC will be on blast so a blazer is a must and I'll accessorize with my gold watch and possibly a delicate gold necklace and midi rings.

(BTW, the flats are sold out, but if you can find it anywhere else I would definitely get these. I get so many compliments on them and they look good dressed up or down)

As usual, Im keeping it low key with the color and will likely add a pop with my red lipstick. I've been using this red matte color from NYX and it's been working… so I'm not complaining :-). What do you think of my outfit idea? Is it just ok for a low key night or should I step it up a notch?
