October Favorites

Thought I'd share with you a couple of products and items I've been loving this past month. Let's start with accessories shall we? I've been drawn to a lot of geometrics and graphic items for as long as I can remember. I must say I'm really happy with the couple items I found at &Other Stories and Cos while I was in London. I'm always up for a pop of color and this deep green scarf (&OtherStories) had me all sorts of exited. It's 100%silk which makes it extremely soft. I couldn't leave this wooden/silver bangle (Cos) laying on it's own. I knew it would make a great statement piece and a fun accessory to play around with. Same goes to these dainty earrings (H&M). I'm normally not so keen on dangly earpieces but these one seemed very lightweight and chic. I'm still obsessing about them. Almost looks like something Ginette NY would design.
Speaking of chic, here's a color you want to be looking out for. Rosetto (19) by Rimmel is a color I've been wearing all month long. I would describe it as quite a dusty pink shade. I like that it's fairly pigmented which allows it to stay on your lips for a good amount of time. That's always a plus, am I right ladies ?! As for skincare, my skin has been acting quite bipolar at me for some reason this beginning of October. Maybe it had to do with the fact that I was dealing with a lot of mixed and various emotions at some point (see last article). Nonetheless I managed to get my hands on this miraculous mask by Ducray. It's paraben-free for oily or combination skin. It actually absorbs, exfoliates and cleanses your face without damaging or irritating your skin. To go allong with that little tube of gold, I've been using the Nuxe Micellar cleansing water. If only you could smell the fresh rose scent of it. Dry skin and deep moisturising season just knocked on our front doors. Yes, it's that time again when you worry about dry patches and crocodile skin. Ugh it's probably the one thing I hate about colder months. My skin getting dryer and dryer and having to moisturising it to the fullest in order to look somewhere between alert and alive. Despite the fact that I have to deal with dry patches, I think I found the ultime solving product. This Nuxe multi-usage dry oil is probably my new best friend. I literally use it everywhere I think might be needing that extra touch of love. What have been your favorites this past month ? x
