Avocado Apple with Yakult 牛油果,苹果与养乐多饮料

This is the most healthy and nutrituouis drink with the combination of avocado, apple and yakult. Very refreshing and creamy like smoothie and also it can be done within minutes.

Avocado Apple with Yakult

Ingredients: 1/2 Avocado
1 Green apple
2 bottles Yakult (apple & orange flavour)

Method:

• Remove avocado flesh, peel apple and cored, chopped to cubes.
• Add all the ingredients in the liquidizer and blend to smooth and ready to serve.

1/2粒 牛油果
1粒 青苹果
2瓶 养了多 (Yakult), 苹果和橙口味

做法：

• 将牛油过切半，用汤匙把果肉挖出来，备用。把苹果削皮，去核切丁状。
• 将所有的材料放入果汁搅拌机里，搅拌成顺滑即可马上享用。
