Weekend ReCap
We spent a lot of the weekend going from furniture stores to home depot and then back to some other furniture stores. We were talking with some friends about what we like to do with our spouse and I’d have to say, furniture shopping is one of my favorite things to do with Nick.
We’ve named this year the year to spruce up our house! We’ve been decorating like crazy and I am loving how everything is coming together. We still have a ways to go, but so far so good. Luckily I married a guy with great taste, so he’s helping me out a lot with picking colors and helping me see how things come together. I’ll show some pics soon!
I took Lincoln on many a walks this weekend and had some good time to think. Having a dog has so many positives and one of them is the walks we take him on. It gets me outside in the winter and gives me time to just think. No distractions. It’s been really nice. It’s also reminded me to get back on the exercise wagon, I was getting up and running before school, but then we had Lincoln and it stopped. Time to start that again.
