Christmas Tabletop Styling

I don't know about you, but I haven't even had the
chance yet to come up with any styling ideas for this year's
Christmas feast with my family. This post has probably
come at the perfect time for me - and I hope it's also helpful
for you too! Renowned Australian furniture boutique/designer
Mark Tuckey has invited some of their favourite people to share
their tabletop style - no matter what your style this Christmas
there's an idea here to inspire! I've chosen my top 3 styles -
I love that none of them are very traditional or 'Christmasy'
- each one is unique. All furniture shown is from Mark Tuckey.

The above styling is by Louella Tuckey (co-owner and creative
director at Mark Tuckey). "We love to keep it low key and pared
back, pretty much what we state in our furniture," says Louella.

Tash Sefton and Elle Ferguson, the creators of 'They
All Hate Us' blog
have created a fun, youthful look for
their tabletop styling (2 pictures directly above). "Our
tabletop was created for the perfect Christmas lunch for the
'They All Hate Us' girl... in our world its all about
controlled chaos just like the montages on our website,"
explains the super stylish ladies behind the blog.

And the final look that I'm absolutely smitten with,
is by Holly Hipwell (talented florist behind The Flower
Drum
). As you can imagine her tabletop styling is all
about flowers en masse. "For my table I used in season
favourites - wild field roses, peonies and hydrangeas atop
a mirrored runner (to amplify the florals) and colourful
honeycomb lanterns in bright pop colours," says Holly.
