Colors by Llarowe - Summer jellies

Hello~

I have the second part of the huge Colors by Llarowe collection for Summer 2014. You can see my swatches of the shimmer and microglitter polishes HERE.

This second part deals with the jellies of this collection!

I will show the 6 jellies of the collection plus a super pretty glitter top coat. There were 2 other jellies in the collection (Frenzy and Strawberry Wine) but they were discontinued because they stained nails. That's why I will not show them here. All other polishes didn't have any issue in terms of formula by the way!

The pictures in this post are a bit different than my usual pictures. I started by photographing the neon polishes (Read My Lips, More New Colors / Summer...Finally! / and the 2 other that are now discontinued) and you probably know that neon polishes are difficult to capture on camera. I tried to photograph them against a black background and in a darker environment to make them pop but still it was a hard task!lol I used the same setting for the other polishes in this blog post that's why my pictures are darker than usual.

Blue Jeans & Beauty Queens - Denim blue jelly
First coat was a bit sheer but it built up nicely in 3 coats. I love this one. I don't know many blue jellies!

Candy is Dandy - Lavender orchid crelly
I used 2 coats.

Liquor Is Quicker - Blurple crelly
I used 2 coats.

Read My Lips, More New Colors - Neon orange/peach crelly
I used 3 coats. This one is unique! I love that it's not a "plain" orange but that it has some peach in it!

Summer...Finally! - Neon Barbie pink jellyIt's a true jelly, very sheer! I used 3-4 coats here. I would suggest you rather use it over a white base. You will use less coats and it will makes the color pop ever more.

Smokin' In The Boys Room - Deep smokey charcoal grey jelly
First coat was a bit sheer but it built up nicely in 3 coats. I love this one, too!

I'm Seeing Spots - Clear base topper with tiny black and white hex glitters Very easy application! I'm a huge fan of tiny glitters and of black and white glitters so just imagine how much I LOVE this top coat! I'm going to use it often and huge plus: it looks awesome over so many different colors! I used 1 coat over Smokin' In The Boys Room. I love this combo!
