Photo Diary: An Afternoon In Perth

A few weekends ago I spent an afternoon in Perth. Perth is a small town about 45 minutes from Ottawa where it looks like how Gatineau should look. It is so unexpectedly pretty that you wonder why it is so pretty regardless to the lack of population living there (it's a good thing!).

A great thing about Perth is that it is full of consignment stores and second hand stores. Another great thing is that Perth is full of retired people and old ladies have a lot of fur coats. After some haggling with an old lady I got myself a beaver fur coat for $75 in which I look like Cruella Deville. The beaver coat is so heavy that when I hung the coat it broke my clothing rack in my basement. Karma from the Beaver Gods perhaps? Still totally worth it.
