Happy Friday!!

I am always so ready for the weekend, but I’ll admit…once Sunday evening rolls around, I’m ready to get back into my routine. It’s so hard taking Lucy out for very long…and she’s reached an age where she doesn’t do so great in restaurants. I end up occupying her more than eating my own food, and feeling like I need to leave a humongous tip to make up for the mess she made!

Thankfully, warm weather is around the corner, and we can take walks and have picnics, which are much more toddler friendly. Goodness, isn’t it funny how quickly you forget how difficult this age was?

Did you watch Nashville this week? Am I correct in understanding that it won’t be back on for THREE WEEKS?? What the what?

I’m also loving Scandal right now…but I have to say, the Fitz/Olivia thing is getting old. You’re either ON or OFF, make up your minds!! Seriously, it’s starting to become reminiscent of Bates’ martyrdom on Downton. Sometimes a storyline plays out and you’ve got to come up with something new.

Have you ever tried Butter London’s Wink Eyeshadow? I love this Twigged color but I hate buying make up I haven’t had a chance to see in person. Isn’t it a gorgeous color, though? I know bright fluorescent eyeshadow has been on trend lately, but I can’t do it. I love my trusty neutrals!

Lucy Goose got a black eye. It isn’t nearly as bad in this photo as it looked the next day!! And I’ve had the pleasure of receiving death glares from strangers all week long.

You need this ice cream cake in your life!! Seriously, the best and SO easy!!
