Oh my gosh you guys…am I ever excited to say goodbye to this week. To say that things have not gone according to plan would be the understatement of the year. The fact that I’ve even planned meals at all is a miracle. If I make it to the store, it’ll be an even bigger miracle! When will Arkansas see the value in grocery delivery service, that’s what I’d like to know.
Make sure to print out a grocery list (the ingredients are already listed for you — so easy!) and/or a blank meal plan to post in the kitchen. I find that having things written down helps me stay on track!
Here’s what we are having this week:
I know I’ve put this on a previous meal plan, but I love it so much! Definitely a favorite and leftovers reheat beautifully.
Tuesday: Chicken Quesadillas
The kiddos love these and they are super duper easy. I’ll add some rice and everyone will be happy.
Wednesday: Steak Fingers with Gravy
One of Jon David’s favorite meals is Chicken Fried Steak, and this is a really easy way to eat it.
Thursday: Saucy Pulled Pork Sandwiches
My husband’s favorite meal! I love that I can pop it in the oven and forget about it for awhile.
Friday: Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Wraps
These can be made indoors on a grill pan — we love Chicken Cordon Blue, and you can use leftover tortillas from your quesadillas! We never use all the tortillas in a pack.
