When I heard about this coffee called Counting Sheep that claims to actually help you fall asleep, I had to try it. You might have noticed that I like coffee a little bit. Okay…a lot. I’d drink it all day long if I could, but unfortunately it keeps me up if I drink it in the evening. Even decaf coffee can sometimes keep me awake if I drink it right before bed, so I’ve been drinking herbal tea instead, although I don’t really like it as much as coffee. After the kids go to bed, Tony and I like to make tea and watch TV in bed. It’s one of my favourite parts of the day- winding down with a hot mug in my hands and my guy beside me. Since I received a sample of Counting Sheep coffee, my favourite part of the day just got even better! I can enjoy coffee while winding down in the evenings instead of always having to drink tea.
This coffee comes in pre-ground bags or pods compatible with most K-Cup brewers. I decided to try out the K-cups, because we recently purchased a Cuisinart Keurig Brewer and I’ve been looking for good coffees to try in it. Also, we only drink one cup each in the evening, so the individual cups are perfect for us. Founding partner of Counting Sheep Coffee, Deland Jessop, actually hand-delivered this coffee and mug to me at my home (how’s that for service?)! He mentioned to me that the word is spreading quickly about his coffee. He had just found out that an ABC morning news show in Texas recently did a feature on their coffee without him even knowing!
