Ducking woes


I just the youtube channel for Knockout Women's Boxing Club, and I'm finding the tips very helpful. The video that I'm loving right now is called "How to Improve Your Ducking", and it's fixing all sorts of problems I've been trying to work through. Even though I've been boxing since I was 15, I only began learning to duck this year. I know that I make a lot of these mistakes. I've been working very hard since I started to stop making mistake #3. Bending at the knee is much more important than they mention here- not only is it better for form and balance, but it's a lot easier to hurt your back when you bend at the waist.
Tip #5 is something that I didn't even realize I was doing, but now that I see it on this video, I can clearly see how it's wrong and how I can fix it. I love finding new things to work on in training.
