Darling Diva The Arcanist is a dark red with hidden gold shimmer

In case you are looking for a holographic red, without any pink tones in it, this is it. I have searched high and low for a non-burgundy darkish red holo, without pink undertones, for ages. My search is finally over.

I don't know how they did it, but Darling Diva has managed to make that perfectly sophisticated grown up red. I absolutely love the holographic effect on this one, which from the bottle it seemed like it was going to be weak. I could not be happier to have been so wrong.

The bottle also shows a ton of gold shimmer, which doesn't translate on the nail as shimmer per se, but it gives it a unique and classy look. This is one that will sure keep me warm in the upcoming Winter months.
