Put the Lime with the Polka Dots

… and drink it all up. Did any of you guys catch the reference? To that tropical-ish vintage song? My earliest memory with that song is in my math class in 6th grade. My spunky teacher played it every day for a week. I think he was ready for vacation. Although I distinctly remember thinking the lyrics were, "Put the lime in the Coke, you nut". Later, when googling lyrics became a thing, many a revelation occurred including the fact that my original perception of the lyrics to Put the Lime in the Coconut were just a touch off.
