Splurge vs. Save: Asymmetric Skirts

Nothing was as much of a runaway trend this summer as the asymmetric skirt. It’s a piece that easily does double-duty: it can both work as a structured bottom, though it looks just as lovely as part of a night out ensemble. Girls that are looking for a versatile, do-it-all piece: look no further. Rest assured that this will be the hardest worker in your wardrobe (plus, it slims your legs out like nothing else.)

The beauty of a great asymmetric skirt, however, is just how easy it is to transition the piece from summer to fall. A shorter style looks just as lovely with a tee shirt as it does a chunky sweater, or paired with a boyfriend blazer, whereas a longer look can work with leather jackets and booties (as well as tanks and sandals).
