1. Found the above photo on Pinterest. Seriously. How true is that?

2. We survived our first week without daddy with very few tears, no huddling in the corner, lots of coffee, handfuls of chocolate, and a whole lot of Jesus.

3. Also completed our first week of school. Making note on what we need to work on, what is being enjoyed, and what isn’t enjoyed. Oh this is going to be a ride.

4. Love this post and this post on making time to write in the midst of mommy hood things.

5. I haven’t been out of the house is 7 days. If you know me (miss “go-go-go”) you know this is a big deal. And surprisingly I don’t care. Apparently all my parents had to do to get me to stop going so much when I was in high school was give me 3 kids under the age of 4. Ha!
