Merry Christmas Eve! (Don't forget the Jose Eber GIVEAWAY)
For sure and certain, it's a great day of the year...time off, tasty treats, family and friends, the crisp snowy air...just so much festivity and smiles. Already hit up some eggnog earlier this morning while making a quick trip to the mall for a few final gifts...later this evening the husband and I are headed to a family shindig with some good eats (cocktail shrimp, hooray!). I wanted something elegant but still relaxed, shabby chic, you could say, I guess...so I threw on this lovely lace peplum with citrine velvet sash atop my olive midi skirt. There's something I love about those two variations on green, and the lace/polka dots/sparkles felt quite seasonal ;)
And I've just got to give a Merry Christmas shout-out to Jose Eber too, 'cause these fantastic vintage-style curls are the result of their amazing trio-barrel curling iron. I love the way my shorter hair looks curled...I need to do this more often, I think!
