Road Trip: A Short Escape to Johore
Last week, had an impromptu road trip with friends C and S. C as our tour guide. We took a bus from Woodlands to City Square. From there, we flagged down a cab to
Taman Sri Tebrau for
Sweet and Sour Crab! We almost got lost as our cab driver didn't know the "place" mentioned by C. It turned out that C did a direct translate from the stall's chinese name, hence he asked the driver to send us to Malaysia Garden (In Chinese is Da Ma Hua Yuen). Anyway, the driver managed to get us there. Haha.. No issue.

Here is collage of food we had on that day for lunch. The crab costed us RM100, not sure if we were slaughtered by towkay. Ahaha... The food were good! Damnit! I have been having too much instant food cause of work, almost forget how heaven tasted like! Haha!
S smiling happily with peace sign.

After our heavy lunch for 3, we headed to KSL City Mall to have a look. Since that we were still full from lunch, it was inappropriate to have a massage. So we watched
The Last Stand starring Arnold. I rate this 7/10. Go watch if you haven't!
The Last Stand
After movie, we loitered a little while C got his groceries done. And I also topped up some of my CintanMee. Lol. Then, we amazingly took a cab to the massage center opposite the mall. Felt
kena con, hahaha... Uncle cab asked for a RM5 fare. Tsk. After getting our 2 hours massage done, we headed back to Singapore by bus. It was a day trip but the food definitely was the best part of the whole trip. *** The next day, I finally met my childhood friend Ammy! Finally, after almost 5 months staying in Singapore. It was great to catch up with her. Loads of gossiping involved.Ahem. From trying to guess who is going to get married first in a clique and so on. Aha!
We had our lunch date at
Sushi Tei @ NEX. Spent hours talking there. We ordered sashimi, sukiyaki and tan tan ramen. It was my first time trying sukiyaki. Ammy claimed that sukiyaki is her favourite. Thanks for recommending, I will definitely order that, next time.
