Those who know me best will tell you I have a bit of an obsession with product packaging. I didn’t acknowledge this obsession until I entered the field of design (specializing in branding) a little over 10 years ago. However, I think my appreciating for packaging developed while I was teen. While most of my peers were at the mall with friends, I was tucked away in my room (an introvert’s paradise) clipping and storing gorgeous packaging, typography, illustrations, artwork, etc. My bedroom evolved into an art & design laboratory where I spent hours creating, rearranging, drawing, learning, reading and consuming myself with all that is visual. Lately, I’ve been putting a lot of energy back into my baby products, which are sold on Etsy. This can be tough while juggling two kids under the age of 5 and various freelance projects, though, I felt it was time to fine tune all aspects of this brand, paying close attention to packaging. After all, my products are personalized, heavily detailed and crafted over many hours. When someone opens a package containing an item he/she helped create, I want the packaging to dredge up feelings of excitement and anticipation. I can’t tell you how many wonderful comments have been left on my feedback page. I will leave a few below as I cherish each and every reaction. Many many thanks to anyone who has supported my shop, which is really helping to support my family, as well as my obsession with design
