My Tardis bookshelf

So last Friday was my 25th birthday. Needless to say, as I never posted about it here, I don't look forward to my birthdays too much at all. Ever really. But my family and friends always makes it special for me and this year, my baby brother Nathan built me my own Tardis bookshelf. He is skilled in many many ways, one of which being building things (he built a Nintendo coffee table that was featured on the blog HERE). I was completely shocked having absolutely no idea he was working on something like this, let alone making one for me. But he put the whole thing together himself and bought a decal from an etsy seller named Bioblitz for the top strip. AND it has a remote control that turns the light on and off. Ridiculous, right?!

I have been so anxious to share it with you all and now be honest, how many of you or someone you know would want to buy one of these bookshelves? I've been trying to convince my brother for a while to start making and selling his furniture like this, but he's been hesitant. I think he could do very well selling his pop-culture related furnishing. It always gets so much attention. So you guys should convince him! ;)
