Red all over style

During our day in Edinburgh, I got to stop in the infamous (at least to this American girl) Topshop and Primark. I was determined to bring back an article of clothing that displayed a little bit of that Scottish fashion I love. Primark is far from authentic Scottish fashion, but it worked for this penny pincher especially when dollars to pounds just really sucks on my end. I snagged this adorable plaid top and I also got a smock dress that I've worn a ridiculous amount already. Definitely wishing we had a Primark here in the states. Topshop was very cool, but I wasn't completley impressed with any of the clothes enough to buy them. Especially with a much heftier price tag.

My sweet husband took some pictures of me in this recent outfit near dusk. I paired this comfy top with my favorite scalloped black shorts. They've been a summer staple ever since I got them. I also got to wear my new frames from Select Specs for the first time. Love the tortoise look of these Savannah glasses and they are so comfortable to wear. Even without an adjustment, the frames sit on my face naturally and don't squeeze my head at all like a lot of glasses do. I think I have an abnormally large head cause I swear most glasses/hats/headbands/etc. are way too tight on my head. But these fit and feel perfect! Big thanks to Select Specs for allowing me to share these gorgeous frames with you all. Absolutely loving them!
