You Are a Masterpiece

Hey Luvs,

Hope you all are doing lovely and feeling great! Since its Monday I wanted to start off the week with a little bit of positivity. If you have been a reader of CherrieAmore for sometime, you would know that I'm all about promoting self-love and self-acceptance! Sooo I was reading my bible sometime last week and I came across a passage that said
"For we (you) are God's masterpiece" (Ephesians 2:10-New Living Translation)
I went on to read the explanation of the verse and it said "If God considers us His masterpieces, we dare not treat ourselves or others with disrespect or as inferior." There are so many people that think they are lesser than because of how they look, the job they have, their lack of education, etc. but just know that you are a masterpiece...an outstanding work of art! When God created you (and others), He was very skillful in His design and made no mistakes. When you are feeling down about yourself, just remember that you are one of God's masterpieces and that you are full of purpose.

Surround yourself with people who uplift you. Think positive thoughts and learn how to motivate and encourage yourself. Stop depending on other people for your happiness. I used to rely on others to make me happy. It took sometime, but I realized that it wasn't the job of others to make me happy; it was up to me to make myself happy. Relying on others for your happiness brings more disappointments in your life.
