A serious festive party!

Well we threw a little party! We did!

The BF has a birthday every year just about that time around Christmas when people come back. When people are in the mood for some serious parties. That wonderful time of year where everyone is filled with love and cheer.

So being…well me. I had to throw him a party. I kept it simple. Canadian and casual. Festive Casual I called it. Using some of the few details I had from last years party…I had gold votives, pine branches, and log candle holders and personally calligraphed names on each persons birch coaster! It was awesome!

Apparently the sister and I were the epitome of “festive casual”…which was wonderful!

We had lovely food, about 40 people and everyone came out to celebrate that guy – which is more then I could ask for!
