An afternoon in Belgravia...

It's funny, whenever I'm around the area of Victoria in London- it's usually for one of two things. One- for hopping on a train home in a bit of a frantic hurry and aggravating a commuter or three, or two- because I'm hopping on a fun old National Express coach to visit one of my favourite cities. However, it's very rare that I ever venture any further than that, meaning discovering Belgravia last weekend was somewhat of a treat- as if you've ever been, you'll know it's pretty fancy part of time (the gents read the big pink financial newspapers and everything)!

With patisseries, bakeries and designer shops a plenty (including an adorable dog and cat shop called Mungo & Maud)- it's very easy to spend an afternoon around here window shopping (or ahem, indulging in expensive salads, eh Kristabel), so I donned one of my favourite go to outfits- a nautical inspired sixties look (very much influenced by a certain Ms Birkin) to make the most of the last of the bare-leg and no-jacket weather- who can blame me?
