You guys. I finally took my camera with me to an event and documented it! As you all know, my schedule has been CRAY with Valley High launching NEXT MONTH, so I’ve been a bit of a bad blogger, but I’m trying my best to keep it going! I originally wanted to document my whole process with Valley High (which I did do a little bit of) but it’s so hard with most of my meetings being in warehouses where people are trying to run a business, (photos are somewhat of a nuisance) or everything is handled via email or phone. Anyway enough of that, onto this FABULOUS DINNER. No Subject LA put on a lovely dinner at One Colorado, the most perfect little ally in LA, hosted by Stop It Right Now, Bliss & Bone and Mohawk General Store. I’m not going to lie I’ve been to some dinners where..maybe.. people aren’t necessarily in the mood to make friends or chat, but this event had the greatest group of people which made for such a lovely evening. Everyone around us were so friendly, unique, hilarious and so great to talk to. We (me and the BF) sat next to the owners of Bliss Bone, who I had previously met at their own event and the co-owner is now freaking cute and pregnant, a makeup artist with the most amazing bob I’ve ever seen, and a La Mer rep, also hilarious. We all talked and laughed over the best tacos, guac, beans and chips in all the land provided by Escuela Tacqueria accompanied with AMAZING interactive cocktails by Smoke and Honey. I had the best time, got into the Christmas spririt and also got nice and buzzed.
