MDS- What is your favorite Color?
MC- I really do love color, but I tend to live in a neutral palette.
MDS- What is your favorite Restaurant?
MC- Matsalen in Stockholm and I also love sitting at the counter at The Apple Pan in LA. La Mirande in Avignon for their poppy seed cake and at home I always order the short ribs at Il Buco Alimentari.
MDS- Gift to give or to receive?
MC- I don’t have a go to gift – My favorite thing is to stumble across the perfect gift that brings a friend to mind. Receiving something when I least expect it is the best gift.
MDS- What is your favorite Store? This is a tough question, as there are many, but here are a few.
MC- Dries Van Noten in Paris, Bloom in Sag Harbor, RTH in LA, Japonesque Gallery and March in San Francisco.
MDS- What is your favorite Vacation spot?
MC- I’m really drawn towards destinations that feel authentic and have a strong sense of place. Recently, I spent a week at the Amangiri in Utah and loved it.
